Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GramSpec ("the Service"), operated by GramSpec ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GramSpec is a web-based platform for building GRAM (Graph-Rule Analytical Mapping) knowledge graphs with AI-assisted visual modeling. The Service includes the Grammar, Dashboard, Analyst, and related tools published as GramSpec Tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited AI calls per month and paid subscription plans with unlimited access. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of GramSpec. You retain ownership of any data and content you create using the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your knowledge graphs or projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GramSpec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GramSpec operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
